1996 Topps Stadium Club Robert Horry ERROR CARD
Possibly as big of a mistake as the "Frank Thomas Rookie No Name" from Topps on the 1990 set. BEING CALLED "THE ERROR CARD OF THE CENTURY" the Horry Card is quickly gaining traction amongst Hobbyists. Fans and collectors the world over are heading to their archives and digging deep to try and find another such error. The 96 Topps brand Stadium Club didn't just forget to put the players name on the card. They forgot to put their own name on the card as well.
I guess Topps missed out on the 200 bonus points on the SATs, to bad. We were left scratching our heads. How does something like this happen? The Jose Uribe debacle was understandable. Several manufacturers all using the same PR release from the SF Giants used the info they saw and as it turned out the birthday was wrong.
Off by just one year but hey, to some that's a big deal. Tens of thousands, possibly millions of cards were printed with Uribe's wrong birthday. Oh well though, his cards never saw so much action and his name was mentioned more cause of the card then anything he was able to do on the field.It's a beautiful thing these little card board rectangles of glory. We invest our time in to these little guys so it's good to see a card that other wise would be collecting dust in the basement at grandmas house get some love and attention from the industry. The Horry 1 of 1, hits all those marks and more. How many 100s, possibly 1000s are rushing to grandmas house to see if they can knock this 1 of 1 out of its central spot.

We all know how difficult it can be to find you own an error card, the shame, the guilt. But your not alone in this. THIS COULD BE A TRUE 1 of 1 SUPER ULTRA RARE ERROR CARD. The big one, the kind of error card you dreamed about when you were a child. I have searched far and wide to find another card with this same issue and I just can't find anything.No sales history on the internet what so error (lol).
